I am in-network with Headway and accept Magellan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross (California), Aetna, and Cigna. 


I have limited insurance openings available and also offer private pay services, for which I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your specific plan, and I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits.


Individual Therapy: $150/session
Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I recognize that financial circumstances vary. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who may need additional support with affordability.


Private-pay therapy offers greater flexibility, privacy, and autonomy in the therapeutic process. Unlike insurance-based services, private-pay therapy does not require a mental health diagnosis to be shared with an insurance company and allows us to determine the pace and length of treatment based on your individual needs.


If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement.


All sessions are offered virtually through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.


Therapy services are available only to individuals located in California at the time of the session.


Coaching services are available regardless of location.


Therapy focuses on emotional healing, mental health concerns, processing life experiences, and developing greater self-understanding and well-being.


Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on personal growth, self-discovery, goal clarification, and moving toward greater alignment in your life.


If you're unsure which option may be the best fit, we can discuss it during a consultation.


The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brings you to therapy.


We'll talk about your current concerns, relevant background information, your goals, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. You're not expected to share everything at once, we move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.


The first session is also a chance for you to get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit for your needs.


Most clients meet weekly, especially at the beginning of the therapeutic process. As your needs evolve, we can discuss a schedule that feels most supportive.


You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek support because they're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of themselves.
