Services

I offer therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, neurodivergence, grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. Sessions are offered virtually to clients throughout California and are tailored to your unique needs and what feels most supportive for you.
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Many clients come in simply feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or wanting to better understand themselves.

Areas of Support

Anxiety & Overwhelm

You may feel constantly on edge, stuck in cycles of overthinking or worry, and unable to fully relax - even when things seem “fine.” In our work together, we explore what’s fueling that sense of overwhelm and build tools to help you feel more grounded and present.

Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion

Burnout can leave you feeling drained, disconnected, and like you’re running on empty. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand your limits, and reconnect with your needs without guilt or pressure.

Trauma & Healing from the Past

Unprocessed experiences can show up in the present in ways that feel confusing or overwhelming. Our work focuses on understanding your unique nervous system and finding strategies that actually work for you, not against you.

ADHD & Neurodivergence

You may struggle with focus, organization, emotional regulation, or feeling “too much” or “not enough.” Our work focuses on understanding your unique nervous system and finding strategies that actually work for you, not against you.

Grief & Loss

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline or a set of rules. Whether your loss is recent or long-standing, therapy offers space to honor what you’re carrying and process it in a supported, compassionate way.

Life Transitions & Identity Shifts

Even positive change can feel disorienting. Whether you're navigating career shifts, relationship changes, or internal identity shifts, we work to help you find clarity and stability through uncertainty.

Spiritual / Meaning Exploration

You may be questioning beliefs, meaning, or your sense of self in a deeper way. This space allows for open exploration without judgment, supporting you as you reconnect with what feels true for you.

Coaching for Personal Growth & Self-Connection

For individuals who feel stuck, in transition, or seeking deeper connection with themselves, I offer coaching as a space for reflection, clarity, and intentional growth.


This work focuses on slowing down, reconnecting with your inner sense of direction, and building greater self-trust in how you move through life. Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, seeking clarity, or wanting to feel more grounded and aligned, we work together to support meaningful personal growth in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Who I Work With

I work with adults who are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with anxiety, burnout, trauma, neurodivergence, or major life transitions.


You may feel like you’re holding a lot on your own, or that you’ve been trying to manage things without having enough space to slow down and process what’s really going on underneath.

What therapy is NOT with me

Therapy with me is not focused on:

  • Quick fixes or surface-level solutions
  • Endless worksheets or assignments without integration
  • Reducing everything to coping skills alone
  • A hierarchical dynamic where I am the expert on you rather than a collaborative relationship
  • Checking boxes toward “healing”


Instead, it is a slower, collaborative process focused on understanding patterns, building self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
